incorporates Lean methods into manufacturing and
service operations, seeking to eliminate
unnecessary expense and labor. Lean
manufacturing is the systematic elimination of
waste from all aspects of an organization's
operations, resulting in lower costs, fewer
delays, and total focus on our clients
